Hello,
I take 1 month subscription for PRO+ with 7 free day trial, and I wanted to know how to cancel it, to get a refund please. The support don’t reply to me, even if I send them 2 mails.

Hi, what is your email? Then I can search our records. No worries, the cancellation is based on when we receive the email, not when we respond. Non-emergency support is a bit slower during the XMas holidays.
