Can we combine both the Chrome launch and the Internal Web actions in the same macro?

Hi All,
I am new to automation. is it possible to do System automation and Web automation in a same macro? If so, can anyone guide me through.

Example:
Step 1: Launch chrome (New Instance)
Step 2: Go on with the Browser automation.
