Bought the Pro Plan but it not work very well. Sometime, it’s saying “no data return” . Im using Qtranslate.
This is a problem with QTranslate software. It can only use our slower free OCR API endpoint, not the faster PRO endpoints. That is because the endpoint is hardcoded into the QTranslate software.
If you prefer a refund, that is no problem. Just email us and mention this forum post.
