Save Document Pop Up

I was curious if I am on a website and click Save as PDF, how would I select save if the pop-up is part of the iOS, not the browser?

So far I tried the Desktop Automation, however, OCR just sent back a colored screen when i took the screen shot of the pop-up. When I closed the pop-up and took the same screen shot the correct image showed up. However, I cant get my macro to select save by clicking the following button found in this image:

Desktop Automation is the right way to do this! Instead of OCR, did you try with

XClick | (image of button)

That is what I usually use.
