I recently registered for a Free API Key, but I haven’t received the confirmation email containing my key. I have already checked my spam and junk folders, and unfortunately, it is not there.
I am currently using the default “helloworld” key to test my implementation, but it is too slow for my needs and I would like to start using my own dedicated key.
Hello, we use Brevo (an email provider) for our sign-up emails and usually they are delivered ok. No issues with Gmail. So… I am unsure what it can be. → Can you please try with a different email address?
Sorry, we can not look up any free OCR API sign-up email, because the email gets deleted right after our email with the ocr api key is sent. We take privacy very seriously.
Thank you for the follow-up, but I can confirm the issue is definitely not on the email provider’s end.
I actually anticipated this and tried completing your registration form 5 separate times using 5 completely different email addresses. None of them received the key, not even in the spam or junk folders.
It appears there is a breakdown in the connection between your sign-up page and Brevo, preventing the emails from triggering altogether.
Since the automated system is currently failing and we are completely blocked on our project, could you please manually generate a free API key and send it to this specific address: Diegoalfonsodas@outlook.com?
We really need this key to proceed with our implementation today. I appreciate your help in resolving this manually while your technical team checks the form integration.
