Problems with single digits on OCR Engine 1?

Hi Guys,

i’ve some trouble with small pictures with digits.

This picture with the number “1” inside, can not be analyzed with version 1 and version 2 does not accept the file. :frowning:

If i use a picture with the number “11”, the version 1 of the ocr works successfully, but version 2 still does not accept the file.

Engine 1 has indeed troubles finding single digits. I confirmed that the images are too small for engine2.

Solution: if you enlarge the images e. g. by 600% they work well with engine2:

11-600

Update 2023: Another good OCR software for single-digit number OCR is the new OCR engine5.

OCR Engine5 returns the numbers correctly even without additional enlargement:
