Noobie question about opening files in computer

I’m kinda noobie with these things so I would like to know is there a way to open a file in your hard drive with one command? Or some other way to do it?

Hi, what you mean with “open” the file? Is it a text file and you want to read the content?

I want to open a excel file with macro.

Save the data in the CSV format and then use the csvRead command.

Do you mean opening a file from Your browser directly?.
If the answer is yes, well i managed to get my job done using an extension called local explorer.
