Is there an option to select the tab based on the URL?

I know there is an option to change the tab based on the web address? I know there is an option to change it based on tab title with selectWindows | title=Example | but is there a way to change based on the URL?

Do you want to open the tab with a certain (new) URL, or select an already open tab with a certain URL?

the second select an already open tab with a certain URL, or more specifically with a web address since the URL may vary.

For example if I have several tabs and one of those is wikipedia. When you are on a specific article the tab title changes and of course the url does too, but the address is still wikipedia.com. I am trying to get the macro to switch to the wikipedia tab.
