Maybe re-installing XModules will work.

It’s not that. They have not replaced logo.png in the extension folder. Copy logo128.png to logo.png and you’ll get a new icon.
Chrome:
C:\Users[user]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\gcbalfbdmfieckjlnblleoemohcganoc\5.0.3_0
Firefox: You get the idea.
