We seem to maybe run into concurrency problems. We are starting more threads that us call Ocr.space to scan documents. If we run more than it seems we error out. We do have a PRO PDF apiKey attached to all calls.
How many concurrent calls do you make?
Currently it seems that we can only have 3 concurrent threads running without our code blocking.
Some vacation time had to be spent and am now back on this work again. Sorry for abandoning.
Do you see the same issue when you test with Postman? If so, what is the error message?
You probably know it, but just in case: Postman is a free Chrome app, see Free OCR API
If you see the problem even with Postman, a screenshot of the result could be helpful.
In the meantime we’ve subscribed to a new apikey. Have yet to try to run currently with more than one thread. Our old apikey might have been out of service.
Currently our service is waiting for other fixes when using fixed-pitch fonts and especially the ‘1’ character.
