If I try to ocr the image below, i will get an error 99. But what’s wrong with the image?
I’ve tested it with free ocr, pro ocr and the web version. Same error.
The error message is misleading (will be fixed soon). The correct error message should be:
" Error: Image size is too small for OCR Engine 2. Please use Engine 1."
The minimum size requirement for engine2 is 32 x 32. So the other solution is to scale up the image e. g. by 200% or pad it. This 200% enlarged image works fine:
Thanks for you answer. In future, I will enlarge my picture which are lower than 32 x 32.
