Command for compare/find the extracted text with in the csv list

I extract the texts in which the following image https://qsnapnet.com/snaps/obfy16wofy

Then I want to compare or find them in the csv list. Here is the csv list VNMID.csv - Google Drive

So what command should I use?

Just to clarify: You already finished the extraction part and are now asking on how check if the extracted value (e. g. “AAA”) is inside your CSV file?
