Import HTML feature is not available in the latest Kantu version(- V5.1.8 - August 5, 2019)
It was available in earlier versions

Thanks for asking this. The feature has moved to the new “Selenium” tab. On this new tab we collect all settings and functions related to Selenium IDE compatibility. This includes HTML file import and the new .SIDE file importer (this imports complete Selenium IDE projects).
